About Erwin Boror
He Started With a Toolbox He began as a handyman working alone—answering customer calls, preparing estimates, buying materials, and completing every project himself. The days were long, but each repair helped him build experience, earn trust, and develop a reputation for dependable work. As customer requests increased, his family stepped in to help. One person managed calls and scheduling, another tracked expenses and materials, while others helped with marketing and daily operations. What started as one person with a toolbox gradually became a family-run construction business. Over time, he took on larger projects, strengthened his construction knowledge, and learned how to manage permits, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations. He invested in training, met the required experience, passed the licensing process, and officially became a experienced general contractor. Today, he owns and operates a experienced general contracting company built on craftsmanship, family support, and years of persistence. His journey proves that a small handyman business can grow into something greater—one customer, one project, and one opportunity at a time.
