Office Connect Solution is young as a company, but the people behind it aren’t new to home services. We’ve spent decades doing the work, watching what goes well, and watching what goes wrong. We started Office Connect to fix the things that go wrong — for homeowners and contractors alike.
Where we came from
Built alongside Handyman Connection of Mountain View
Office Connect was developed in close partnership with Handyman Connection of Mountain View. That shop has been serving Bay Area homeowners for years, and the hardest problems they ran into weren’t in the field — they were in the office. Lost messages. Estimates that took days to get out. Schedule conflicts. Homeowners not knowing who to call. Contractors not knowing what was actually agreed to.
We watched all of that up close. Office Connect is the answer we built for it: a managed platform that runs the back-office for both sides so the work itself stays clean. Handyman Connection of Mountain View remains a core partner — the relationship is the reason Office Connect exists, and the reason we know what good service actually looks like.
